August 2008 - Holidays in Finland and Czech Republic

Leaving AI also includes leaving Rotterdam, and The Netherlands a city and a country that was my home for more than a year.
Also time to take holidays and visit some friends so I decide to go to Finland to meet some of the Alankrit aparment, the people that was my family during my year in India. I met Anastasia, Pike and Anca, a great time together, but first I passed for Prague the city that I think that is the most beatiful in Europe. In Finland I had the opportunity to visit Helsinki, Porvo, Lapperanta and Savonlinna an amazing and almost empty country.

June 2008... in The Netherlands and Belgium

There is a phrase that says that remember is to live, for me is bringing back the feeling of the specific moment. In June 2008 There were lot of things happening around. We receive in the AI office the entire new team that was taking over our positions, 22 individuals that will take the organization to the next level. We receive them with a Barbecue and agenda prepare for them for the next 10 weeks. We started working 40 people in the office at the same time more of stretching my mind for bringing the last results.
We attended the 60th celebration of AIESEC globally in Brussels where the past AI members were there too. I met lot of people that only had heard about. And also met lot of people that i do care about.
We had our June team days, friday happy hours full of people, we even had our AI photo session for the anual report
Personally I went to Utrecht enjoying it as much as I could and Ialso went to Juanes concert in Amsterdam. a month full of activities and a rolling coaster of feelings

May 2008... In Colombia and The Netherlands

There are still some visual memories that I wanted to share, some memories that are now part of my past and belong to a chapter of my life that was closed on July 31th 2008 and it was my "AIESEC International" life so I will post the rest of them here month by month.

During May 2008 there are 3 things that I keep in mind, I traveled to Colombia for one week. I stay with my family for 4 days and then I attended the celebration of the 50th anniversary of AIESEC in Colombia. I met people that was important in my past and I did not get the answer that I was looking for, it was what to do next. The third thing that I remember of that month is the last team days that AI0708 had as the only team after is was not about us anymore but about the new team.

Here some memories:
